4. Scheduling, Rescheduling, & Cancellation 

- Sessions are booked via our online calendar system. 

- A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule. 

- No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the session without refund. - Group programs or live events follow a fixed schedule. Missed sessions will not be rescheduled individually. 

5. Intellectual Property 

All content on the Site-including branding, logos, coaching materials, videos, written content, and downloads-is the intellectual property of Josh Chernikoff. 

You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute our materials without written permission. 

Limited licenses may be granted for personal use of digital products, but you may not:
